Andrew Terry is an expert international tax practitioner with longstanding experience of the Russia/CIS market. He is admitted as a lawyer in the UK and has spent over 35 years practicing tax law in the City and Central London.

Andrew was one of the first practitioners to make use of trusts as an estate planning and asset protection tool for Russia/CIS clients.  As well as advising ultra high net worth clients on trust and foundation structures Andrew also undertakes international tax structuring advice for international corporate groups.  This includes advice prior to an IPO or other capital raising event such as accessing the debt capital markets, private equity investment and trade sales.  Andrew also has a VAT consultancy practice. He is a frequent speaker at tax conferences in Europe and the CIS.
